Dammeron Valley began as a vision by developer Brooks Pace in the mid seventies. Brooks was born and raised in Southern Utah and has always had a high regard for the environment and the beauty of the area. The early phases of Dammeron Valley consisted primarily of 5-acre lots and ranch style homes. It has evolved over the years to include one-acre lots and a wide range of architectural styles.
